For the 2025-2026 School Year
Youth Scout: $160.00 online + $80.00 Pack Fee in person (maximum)
*Youth Reduced Fee: $60.00 in person (proof required, Contact Us) + $80.00 Pack Fee (maximum)
Adult Leaders: $80.00 online (Registered Adult Volunteers are Reimbursed by the Pack)
Note that the Scout Life Magazine is an optional inclusion on your online application and can be removed, a savings of $15 on that application submission (a fee that is not included above).
The dues paid are made up of several costs. Scouting America provides their Charters with certain services. Upon registering, payments are made online through the web portal to the National and Local Council online. Once registered, a smaller separate fee is owed to the Pack for our day to day costs involved with running the Pack. These costs include the purchasing of rank badges for each scout, adventure loops, paying for the dues for our adult volunteers, training, Pinewood Derby kits, Trophies, Den expenses, adventures and misc. administrative costs.
For the 2025-2026 School year, the cost to the Pack for each Scout is between $90.00 to $100.00, depending on rank. Through fundraising, we are able to reduce the Pack fee to a maximum of $80.00 for the School year. As an incentive for families to help fundraise, the Pack fee may be reduced further to $40.00/scout provided families sign up for various fundraising activities throughout the year. Please inquire for more information.
*A subsidy program through the Local Council is available for those families with Scouts on Husky Health or with Social Services, reducing the National and Local registration dues to $60.00. The Pack fee is paid on top of the reduced fee (+$80 maximum). For those who qualify, please communicate with Pack 135 directly prior to registering online as the online system does not provide for the reduced subsidized fee.
All fundraising activities held during the year go to help reduce these costs as well as help subsidize adventures and camping events for our Pack.
