Den Numbers

Den numbers help to distinguish smaller groups of scouts.  Our Pack is rather small, so each of our dens has just one assigned number.  Should a particular den grow too large, it may be split into two separate dens, both under the same rank (Tigers, Wolves, etc).  Den numbers follow the scouts through all years of our program.  If they entered our Pack in Den 3, they will always be in Den 3 until they graduate out after earning their Arrow of Light.  Upon reaching that point, the den holding the den number passed it down to the incoming Lions den.
